Eric F. Wilson

GSS was founded on thirty years of work that ran from special operations to the C-suite. Eric F. Wilson served in two U.S. Special Operations units as an operator and explosives expert before moving into nuclear security — work that included contributing to U.S. nuclear response strategy design and the explosive validation of barriers still in use today, and testifying before Congress as a subject matter expert.

From there he moved into executive leadership, serving as Vice President and then President and CEO within the world's largest security company, with 31 nuclear facilities reporting directly to him. In 2012, he founded GSS to deliver security the way his own career had taught him it actually works: physical, procedural, and electronic protection analyzed as one interdependent system, not sold as separate line items.

That is still the standard the company is built on. Wade Wilson leads GSS today as President — the same team, the same methodology, and the same expectation of Best-in-Class, carried forward rather than reinvented.
